Im not thinking of that, even though its retarded when people who are skinny as fuck fast and intermittent fast so they can "keep looking beautiful". I do it so I dont end up with diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
Fasting is a extreme thing, seems dumb to do it so you can look a little more like skeletor.
Anyway, 3000 fucking calories?!
I was just talking about this the other day in freecanada. When I worked 12 hours a day in a factory, building metal frames with a robotic mig welder. I was standing on my feet all day and always moving. There was a reason I always hit top numbers hahahah.
For a man my size, and at that activity level, 2600-2800 calories are recommended.
If I ate over 1400 calories a day, I gained weight. Im 6'3 and 280 lbs for reference.
If your average person ate 3000 calories a day, they would turn into fucking shamu or something.
I can promise you one thing, that fasting will slow down your fast metabolism if you got one. Thats really the only downside. But if your metabolism is slower, you will proably age slower and will live longer anyway. Meh. Few months back when I went to the liquor store to buy my dope, and I always get id'd, the clerk was like what the fuck how are you older than me haha. Few years back I had a asian lady tell me she couldnt believe I was as old as I was. Good genes she said.
Fasting releases growth hormone and other hormones that help us in longevity and health. Also fasting removes toxins from fats, because thats where our body like to store these things.
So when one fasts, the body gets into ketosis and starts consuming the stored fats around our organs first, this is the important part. Because thats where all the bad shit gets stored.
Edit: Also when eating the calories in a time restricted manner, that 3,000 calorie isnt that much in the grand scheme of things....its a 3 hour eating window.
Also whats the activity level of this person??? Do they walk for a job? Do they have a physical lifestyle? These things all play into the equation when looking at something surface level
Working a job like that doesn’t increase your caloric needs as much as you’d think. Also, if you drink alcohol and smoke “dope” it’s very likely you took in more calories than you thought.
