So ancient Egypt and Babylon were also Jewish? Sorry but this line of reasoning makes no sense.

Ancient Babylon had the seed of what you call "modern" Judaism. "modern" Judaism is a terrible mixture between Canaanite, Babylonian and Khazarian beliefs. That's why they still sacrifice children.
