Overall, 230,637,348 people or 70% of the population (USA) are considered fully vaccinated.

Assuming low-end 10% of 230 million = 23 million.

i.e., roughly 10 million americans will die from heart attacks over the next 3 years.

edit/ps. further context:

normally there are 1 million heart attacks per year in the USA (since 1980)

so...now expect 13 million over the next 3 years

i.e., 1 mill per year = normal over 3 years in 3 million + 10million expected from myocardial injury over the next 3 years.
