From CDC website:

Adverse events (serious health problems) are rare but can cause long-term health problems. They usually happen within six weeks of getting a vaccine. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/expect/after.html

Vaccines cause long term health effects. A virus load no longer in your body does not.
