All of them are new Dodge trucks. There are several dozen, if not hundreds of trucks in each lot. When they first appeared it coincided with the moving of our local dodge dealership, so it was thought to be a stock overflow parking lot or something, but even then it was far too many to sell to our town or the surrounding area. It was far more supply than demand, 10xs the number of vehicles in the first lot than the place sells in a given year or has on their show lot in at any given time. And that was just for the first lot. Then we find there are a half dozen of these lots spread across the county. I joke that it is a staging for the UN and China troops, or some Jade Helm type stuff. But the lots are still there, they never moved or shipped to another dealership, just kept coming, more and more. It is a half a year later, and they aren't even being sold when asked about, they are just there, staged. Every single one of them the same make, same model, same paint, just the most generic, blend it in yet serviceable in a mountainous environment truck imaginable.
Thoughts, ideas, conspiracy theories? What are these trucks doing? Why are they here?
Hail damaged? Might just be a cheap place to store "totaled" vehicles. Some pictures would add context. Preferably all the lots in your county, close up photos are a plus. Lots of people will look at the pictures and someone might notice something the rest of us don't catch.
They are all new. Can't Eben find a ran down tire. As per population request. I'll take pictures and repost.
Awesome! If we all share anomalies we see, we have a chance at noticing something important. Not all the pieces will fit or be part of the same puzzle, but we don't have a box with a complete picture as a guide either
