Lobbying is legal because we need a way to submit grievances. As with everything, people see shit in black and white. Lobbying is not different than having the right to bear arms. It is a right and a tool. One that can be used for good or bad, based on those wielding it, and one of the steps/actions you can take before you take up arms. We shouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water.
"Lobbying" as in "hanging out in the lobby of the Capitol so you can make sure your politicians hear your grievances" is not the same thing as actual lobbying as it happens in actual politics, which is just bribery.
The reason lobbying exists is to make sure the minority is not trampled on by the majority. As with all tools, it can be used for good and bad. As I said, we shouldn't throw the baby out with the bath water. Furthermore, be careful what you ask for (ie. unintended consequences).

b) grievance implies struggling with burden...resisting the temptation to burden self would lessen burden, while growing resistance.

The only minority that has the money to lobby are the Jews who are conquering us.
