100%, we work owns a huge building here and i worked for a company that sublet space. I only went there once and there was one guy on the whole top floor, and I only saw about 25 people in the 5 story building.

Correction: Ok, Wework leases floors 3-5 in the building, doesn’t own it. Still though. 😅
