They want you depressed and defeated. They feed off it. Don't allow them that. Do not live your life like this is "normal". Be the change you wish to see in the world. You are in the early stages of grief. I suggest you check Alan Watts. Even in Tragedy, there is Hope.
Hope (want) vs Tragedy (not want) implies ones consent to suggested outcomes (fiction), while ignoring ones need to adapt to perceivable origin (reality).
Consider instead if Comedy (life) can only temporary exist within ongoing Drama (inception towards death)...
Being (life) implies within change (inception towards death)...as temporary resistance (growth) within ongoing temptation (loss).
Wish implies ones want to see, which tempts one to ignore ones need to adapt to what is presented to the all (perceivable whole) seeing eye (perceiving partial).
