That's basically all of government, and the supreme court. Only the supreme court sometimes just makes laws or completely distorts the constitution to mean whatever the fuck they want it to mean. I remember Obama illegally passed DACA BYPASSING CONGRESS, and Supreme Court upheld it because of "disparate impact" which is fucking laughable because every violation of the law has disparate impact on someone or the other. That's when I realized the Supreme Court was a fucking joke. You had a president just wave his wand, use his "pen" and bypass congress and the clown supreme court upheld it.
