As a teen, playing with The Talismen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talisman, when asked what they had planned for the future, 3 of them, including Jimmie said they were going into 'bio-engineering'. Now isn't that interesting. Who was their mentor? Other than Aleister Crowley (who's Loch Ness castle Page bought).
As 'luck' would have it, Jimmie stayed in music to fight on another front I'm sure some thought it would go over like a lead balloon.

Jimmy wasn't even 3 when Allister died broke and penniless so i dont think he was his actual mentor, but he was much talked about in the media and did influence many through his occult teaching of Thelema. And since energy cannot be created or destroyed, it makes sense that old souls are recycled. Where else would you keep them stored?
I wasn't suggesting that Crowley was a mentor living concurrent with Page. Yes, through his teachings of Thelema, and Page was impressed enough to buy his castle and take Zoso as a nomer.

I attended a dissertation by a tibetan rimpoche once, where he was asked if souls re-enter through another body. He answers by saying "If you're speaking of the transmigration of souls......I don't know and I don't think there is any way of knowing. But I'm 84 years old, and I know it's taken me 84 years to know what I know."
I still smile when I think of it.
All religions/theologies seem to be split on this notion.

These people were dead at the time. And these can be considered characters of specific spirit. (Upbraiding of the church from an 'outsider')

knowledge of truth is a journey towards a destination we never reach, wisdom can only be reach by embracing your ignorance or stifled by thinking you know the unknowable.
