So you're unsure whether the chinese military, or any military for that matter, war games different scenarios with current and future tech? Do you think they just wait for a war and hope all goes well?

Oh so now it isn't a conspiracy to war game scenarios, it is now a conspiracy to tell people that you were. And that, I might actually agree with. More so if they never publicized it before and are now. That might be news worthy, even conspiracy news worthy.
