Wasn't Nov 5th, 2020 the day that Pence was supposed to throw out the invalid electoral votes?? Why does it say (tues) though? Nov 5th, 2019 lands on a Tuesday. Did anything of any significance happen on that day? Was this a 2-year delta, instead??
