Not saying the earth is flat, but didn't we just find out 3 years ago the earth is pear shaped? Our globes still haven't changed from a ball. We really can't do it either.
No. It's not a perfect flawless sphere but it would be nonsensical to try to create globes that are exact replicas of the shape of the earth.
And how do you know that? before they try "try to create globes that are exact replicas of earth" I would be happy for NASA, or any other space agency, to give us one single photo of the Earth.
Did you know they have a instrument that can measure gravity?
And that certain parts of the globe have a heavier gravity than others? This is why some places, like canada, can boast the "highest" tides in the world.
