You aren't missing out on anything, it's just a bunch of qtards. So of course you can only talk about approved, non-threatening to our rulers, tame conspiracies over there.
You also have to agree with them on the topic.
There are some "qtards" that are clever, do really good research, have a twisted and funny sense of humor, etc.
Wouldn't mind trying to poach some of their better members and get them on our side.
