Well,.there was, but not for two legged creatures. That's as I understood it from the OG David Cole. It was for delousing. Didn't he come to that conclusion? I can't remember it's been decades so forgive me if I'm wrong.

Without ones consent pharmakeia represents a temptation, yet through ones free will of choice it transforms into suicidal consent to genocidal suggestion.
