Today is Bill Cooper's would-be 80th birthday, so to commemorate, [OBA] Bill Cooper collection has been updated:
Newest update includes artists and music featured on the Hour of The Time (300+ songs - will be updated again in the future), some of the commercials Cooper aired and collected, a new Moon hoax revelation, new JFK files and a new book.

Not that I can remember.
He might have mentioned it in passing as a joke a couple of times - (he was a glober).
Can't remember he ever discussed it as sincere topic.
Controlled and/or misinformed. Can't remember a single person talking sincerely about it at that time. My guess: he didn't know. Though, in many aspects; he should know, considering his submarine experience at that time. Maybe it never occurred to him.
