It's not anti-semitic hate speech because the state is allowed to own as much as it wants, and when the jews controlling that state use its funds for their own personal benefit, it's not considered to be the same thing as those jews personally having more than $1 billion.

Commies pull the same trick with Lenin, who used state funds to throw lavish parties for his friends, but officially only received an average working-class paycheck. So they make a big deal out of this small paycheck while dismissing his ability to use state resources as if they belonged to him personally.
