Something is going on with reddit. They were a shithole before, for a while. But, now looks like a big push to "clean the internet of undesirables". At least that's what it looks like to me.
Going public has been the excuse for a long while. But, the reality is that the supermods have monitized their subreddits, and the advertisers are in charge.
