Anyone who has ever encountered Jews (and Jew adjacent races like Armenians etc) know that telling Jews to walk toward a shower would have the opposite effect. You wouldn’t lure Jews into a gas chamber by telling them it’s a shower.

Jews were carriers of lice. In 1930's, Typhus was a very harmful disease spreading.
The gas chambers never were gas chambers. They were simply places where Good, kind, loving white Germans shaved the hair off your head to remove habitat for lice, and showered and deloused you. It was for your own health.
For a dirty lice infected jew, this was horrifying and equivalent to a gas chamber.

The pictures of very skinny dead jews are what happened to jews when the ALLIES (America, Britain, Canada) cut off supply lines and tried to starve everyone in Germany. FDR, Winston Churchill, Americans starved Jews, not Germans.

I have often wondered how much of the imagery presented to us as being from the Holocaust is actually pictures from the Holomodor/Bolshevik Revolution.
Some of it's impossible to tell. Some of it's identifiable.
While there's some truth to this it has nothing to do with good kind or loving.
