yes actually. you can see it. "internet forums" like this place, sitescroll, ATS, and others are ACTUAL people. they have a handful of active people and such but it's nothing compared to other sites which are obviously bot driven like reddit, GLP and other sites like that.

In general it seems to me most people would rather lurk than participate, so it makes sense that you can achieve great feats of social engineering with simple botnets

I actually think the dark web is probably where the GOOD internet still exists and most of us are way behind the curve and should be communicating on some kind of onion site.
What I mean is, when you make a post on TheDonald you can quickly get hundreds of upvotes. DOPAMINE RUSH! my post is soaring to the top! Same with how twitter of fakebook or instagram work.
I make the same post here and I get two upvotes and a couple kikes down voting it. No dopamine rush as far as upvotes and scores. Not that I give a shit but for the average normie, they need that affirmation.
I've dated women who needed to post a selfie on social media to get upvotes because they needed the affirmation. A confident woman who loves herself doesn't need fame and attention and upvotes unless they are trying to harness that energy and power and it usually isn't for good.
