There is almost zero chance the courts will have the courage to overturn the election. At most, because the evidence is pretty incontrovertible (such as the undersized ballots) there will be a decision that says (paraphrasing here) "shit was done fucked up, we agree, but since we have no army or police force to kick the woman who is in the governor's mansion out, we leave that to the normal political process."

Lake will walk away saying "we won in court" but the reality on the ground will change almost zero, because nobody will start impeachment proceedings against the corrupt "victor".
