Being effect (perceiving) within cause (perceivable) implies that inefficiency represents choice of effect to ignore cause. Ignorance bothers self and others.

Consciousness implies awareness of perceivable, hence a reaction within the ongoing flow of inspiration...others suggest information (like text) to tempt one to ignore this.

from a mentally ill person

Person aka "per sonos" implies "by sound", hence not from the mentally ill, but from healthy sound as the ongoing foundation for temporary ill minds within.
