It's designed to convince half the population they are being "represented" with these fox news narrative stories they are told are the issues. Yet republican propaganda is mostly "these are the bad things happening to you but vote for us and we will pretend to fight against these bad things."
Whereas the democrat party narrative is "we love and care about people and the planet and those mean republicans prevent us from growing the government to address the world's problems" it's a more feely feely message such as communism because "healthcare is a human right"
Both contradict themselves so much it should be a giveaway that it isn't authentic. Sort of like Republicans believing in "Muh national defense" but the military is only used for foreign aggressive wars and their own border is wide the fuck open. Or democrats chanting "my body my choice" and next day want to force inject you with experimental drugs pushed by corporate pfizer when democrats LIKE big corporations when they are not pretending to not like GREEDY CORPORATE AMERICA because their stances on issues never align to anything rational.
