Silver Iodide, thats just what they use to seed clouds for rain. Been doing it for 50 years. I dont think thats what they are spraying up there. It technically is a form of geoengineering though.
I was reading the other week about how it was used as a form of warframe. Leave it to the eggheads.
Operation Sober Popeye (Project Controlled Weather Popeye / Motorpool / Intermediary-Compatriot) was a military cloud-seeding project carried out by the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War in 1967–1972. The highly classified program attempted to extend the monsoon season over specific areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, in order to disrupt North Vietnamese military supplies by softening road surfaces and causing landslides.
US scientists are set to send aerosol injections 20km up into the earth’s stratosphere in the world’s biggest solar geoengineering programme to date, to study the potential of a future tech-fix for global warming.
The $20m (£16m) Harvard University project will launch within weeks and aims to establish whether the technology can safely simulate the atmospheric cooling effects of a volcanic eruption, if a last ditch bid to halt climate change is one day needed.
Scientists hope to complete two small-scale dispersals of first water and then calcium carbonate particles by 2022. Future tests could involve seeding the sky with aluminium oxide – or even diamonds.
Likely aluminum or perhaps even plastic since they are so lightweight and could theoretically stay up there for days or even weeks. Are they doing it because of global warming, or is it something else like hiding something that can only be seen in the setting or rising sun maybe.
Anyways, the big worry isnt about poisoning us, its about sparking international incidents, or even other countries using it as a weapon, because surely the usa would never do such a thing again, right? Anyone remember the strange ass beams bouncing hurricanes away? Google search has eradicated any links to this conspiracy theory, but surely some of you remember years back the strange radar glitches that showed what looks like beams of energy coming from Antarctica, I remember during a potential landfall hurricane, the radar caught this beam hitting the area for almost a hour, probably to warm up the jetstream and thus deflecting the hurricane. Thats one I wish I had recorded, but im a idiot of course. I know its out there but good luck finding it in a google search.
Article referencing the weaponizing potential of such technology.
And we got people walking around, to glued to their phones to look up and pay attention once in a while, these fools think its just a "conspiracy theory". lol.

This is different, more like something like this.
