But, I've been shown tiktoks of people dealing with it already by taking their tags off. Does anyone here live or know of an area that has already implemented the fines?

I sold my car because of transmission issues. I pay for cabs, and get rides for shopping trips. The bus doesn't go everywhere.
I'm saving up, because I don't like being in payment plan hell.
