Sounds too deadly to spread far. Ebola has the same problem, outbreaks burn out fast because infected people die before they can spread it around much.
I saw that explanation, and I'm still not convinced it won't spread it a large city.
Something like that would be horrific if it got loose in a dense population center, yeah. It just wouldn't spread far beyond it.
