Apparently, the movie production was a disaster. Foxx had frequent outbursts of uncontrolled anger and fired a bunch of people.

I think he may have had micro-strokes months ago, and finally got a regular stroke.

But, they will probably diagnose him with aphasia, or vasculitis.
