Phytoestrogens are plant based estrogen. Hops, an ingredient in beer is on of the strongest.

Jester king brewery makes some very good spontaneous fruited ale's
Be warned.. mix fermented beers can be very acidic.. taste like a horse blanket or even Band-Aids... Delicious!
