It is not because they are muslims, it is because some goyims dared to build something at the site where Third Temple should be build. Whoever preventing building of Third Temple (and so Apocalypse and Antichrist) they will be eternally attacked by Jews regardless of their faith, etnicity and so on.

I'm not shure that "criminal" is a right or correct term for the Children of Satan activity. It is much worse than any possible crime.
