Nature communicates perceivable sound, those within tempt each other with suggested words to ignore that.

Nature represents ongoing motion, those within represent temporary resistance. The few utilize the ongoing by tempting the temporary within to ignore the ongoing, hence by suggesting them to hold onto temporary instead of resisting ongoing.
It's not about the few planing to rule the world; it's about them managing the many, who willingly ignore that only nature sets the rules.
For example...suggesting a new world order tempts the many to ignore that there's only one natural order (inception towards death) for everyone (life) within. The trick is that the old world order; the present world order and the new world order represent suggested narratives to distract the many from the perceivable natural order.

Beginning (inception) towards end (death) represents the momentum for the temporary life within. What each one alive has to discern for oneself is a) ones position within momentum (choice at the center of surrounding balance) and b) that momentum (balance of motion) implies being generated by ongoing motion.
Notice that while alive; one cannot perceive ones inception and death. Why? Because life exists "in-between", hence being transmuted from surrounding (whole) into and out of center (partial) momentarily.
tl; dr...the few cannot conceal without revealing what they're concealing. The foundation (perceivable) exists no matter what others build upon it (suggested)...those with eyes to see don't view the world through the lens of suggested information; but within perceivable inspiration.
That's the issue...suggested information tempts one to want to hold onto; while perceivable inspiration needs to be let go. Everything formed within a flow-state tempts one to save it...self sustenance implies the need to resist the want to save; to hold onto; to possess; to own etc.
