do you know how nobel prizes are decided?

or how academic positions are attained? you fool thing that some higher super partes entity decides on the merits?

its all a big societal game, and if you are part of a small group who has strong support for its members you will reach high positions even if you are average in Iq, let alone if you are high in iq.
