You sound insane. There is no sense in the phrase "unable to defeat outskirts". There is no goal to defeat Ukraine. You thinking in some retarded western way seeing Russia and Ukraine like some separate states in the war, when it is completely different situation.

And you still didn't answer why NATO MIC is unable to rpoduce enough 152mm shells for the only working cannons of their puppets use.
