You always pop out of the woodwork whenever I tell people to vote. You seem very insistent that people here don't vote, or participate in the civic process at all. Even when it costs them and you nothing. why?

a) suggested CIVIC (city) implies surrounding a center. What if that represents the inversion of being center (perceiving) of surrounding (perceivable)?
b) does one really own a civic DUTY (that which a person owes to another) or does each one (life) need to adapt to being processed (inception towards death)?
What if perceivable represents value and each one perceiving represents evaluation? Can there be a higher value than evaluation? What if the whole (process of dying) represents the cost, and each partial (living) the price? Why is it called PAY (to discharge a debt) MENT (mind; memory)?
