Important to note the number of young children doing the gestures. It is genetic and inter generational. The children are taught from birth to do the gestures. Also to recognize them. Yes in nappies because it is extremely important to them. It's mind memory and the gestures are like a flash. Like sign language is instantly recognized by a sign language user. That's why you might not be able to understand it.
