I don't think US deaths have passed 4 million yet, maybe not more than 2 million. But the side effects will kill millions more before 5 years are out.

I suspect there are several factors for why the deathtoll is lower than what could have been predicted. Several things have been effective. VitaminD, ivermectin (and other compounds in the avermectin line such as selemectin which is commonly given to pets to prevent fleas), hydroxychloroquine, Nac + pineapple.
