Grand jury is selected by a person or is it random. Seems like the last few decisions on the grand jury were dang near jury nullification type decisions. Guess they are corrupt as well now.

Grand juries can be made to indict a ham sandwich, as the saying goes, because the bar is fairly low (not proof beyond a reasonable doubt, that's a trial jury). They are selected the same way that trial juries are, but they don't have the way that lawyer from both sides can exclude individual jurors from selection.
They are a legacy of anglo-saxon common law and quite legit, they refuse to indict from time to time.
True, but if you have an agenda.... I am sure you can summon up some union people to agree to indict or refuse to press charges. Just saying it's all manufactured. You saw thar ding dong that indicted Trump, Cleary biases and cheered all along the way. This happens way too much lately.
