For Fresno County California July 01 thru March 09, there has been a total of 14.38 inches of rainfall dropped. Normal is 7.97 inches for the same time period. I've lived here all my life and I have never seen this much rain - ever.

Trauma requires down time if they want the next piece of trauma to hit as hard. They push FUD through all the means you're likely familiar with in the same way drug addicts go through highs and lows because you can't chase that dragon forever.
