Someone didn't like his Answers in Genesis source on "How Fast Can Oil Form?" so another then posted where it's found in Nature journal from 1989 it references:

Oil is a renewable and plentiful resource.
a) resource aka RESPONSE TO (living) SOURCE (process of dying)...
b) renewable aka ABLE TO RESPOND (free will of choice) to NEW/NEWOS/NOW (balance aka momentum of motion aka perceivable moment)...
Everything was (perceivable) before one can shape a suggestion about what it "is"...consenting to suggested (fiction) tempts one to ignore perceivable (reality).
