As far as the evangelicals and almost all other religious people, the more I've learned about the Bible, the more I've realized that the vast majority of their religious thinking comes from reading things in to the Bible, rather than reading out of it.

This is to say that they basically just make a lot of stuff up to suit what they already thought. That doesn't make it wrong, it just means it has little basis. Of course, that's not just religious people but the same goes for all people all the time.

In other words, in this instance I would say they just got carried about with something that they would like to be true, but has little evidentiary basis. Was he anointed? No, and no one has ever presented evidence to that effect.

Was he "chosen" by cloaked forces that have yet to publicly reveal themselves, but which evidence may indicate? Well, that is quite another subject entirely.

Final note: I really like Adam Green and think he has done some vital work. But on the flip side, he really seems to force a lot of evidence to fit his existing theories. I've never seen him say something like, "I came across this thing that proves I was wrong about what I said before." Frankly, I can't even imagine him doing that.

Here's one of his that I thought was very worthwhile that I've never heard anywhere else and--just like Alex Jones--HE'S GOT THE DOCUMENTS!:

The True Meaning of ‘Shalom’ (submit Or Die!) – Know More News Live Feat. Adam Green

But his basic slant is that Da Joos are responsible for everything. Sure, they're responsible for plenty, but when they're not it obscures and even precludes analysys into who really is.

I did a somewhat lengthy comment that may assist in this journey of knowledge if you care to read it. I felt compelled because of some of the things I was reading

Thanks for posting that comment. You know, I've never even bothered to study the subject of the Antichrist before. That may sound lax, but I'll tell you why.

For one matter, we should already be behaving morally, and the presence or absence of the Antichrist does not affect that duty.

For another, the world is already so full of dangerous Satanic deceivers that we should already be on our highest guard and practicing our utmost discernment. If that doesn't help you detect the Antichrist, well, you did your best and I don't think more could be required.

For yet a third, none of us are in control of the time and circumstance under which the Antichrist will come, so why worry about it? We're only responsible for those things under our control, which brings us back to the first two points.

But I'll let you know if I see anyone suspicious! ;)

The Bible is almost not about right or wrong, at all. The book of Proverbs is, and is designed to be mastered as a child.

Prophecy has nothing to do with it, and antichrist is Prophecy.

So agree on Proverbs. I'm glad my parents - grandmother pushed it on us so hard when we were little. It definitely makes it easier to see what's going on. Most of the bible is just history. Prophecy is for confirmation
