I think this is the historical model we have been running for all time.
The ebb and flow of crime and discovery and reaction.
Where are we on the timeline? Well, no one can tell you definitively because we have scaled to a point that is not captured in time. I am confident that human nature for the most part is against evil and once highlighted for the simpletons it will be another turning.
