Either way, the symbol in the OP can't be traced to Moloch in any way I can find, nor that the OP has shown. It's valid to present day Ukraine and back through history to the region far before the Khazarian empire, which seems to tell us exactly nothing except that there is some uniqueness that isn't Russian.
