I realised something recently. India has the strongest immigration program around the world. More Indians travel to foreign countries than any other group.
In the US they are highly successful and run top CEO and executive positions, they typically work in banking, tech and finance.
Why are they so prevalent? I heard rumors of banking families in India and Singapore

But those aren't cheap. Those franchises require millions to open (especially hotels)
Subway is actually one of the cheapest ones because of the things used to run the business. That's why damn near every small town will have one. Just requires a few outlets and a sink lol. I recall seeing that Marriot owns most hotels in the country now, but after a light search it seems like they just have "management agreements" with them.
Yeah subway is cheap actually. I think it's $250-500k for that or so. McDs is 1-2M I believe.
