What about Sam/Marc Bailey. They seem spot on, and very, very trustworthy (as does Suzanne Humphries).
They are in many ways and what they want is testing and re-examination of the virus theory from ground up.
I wholeheartedly support that, but at best, looking at how glacially scientific revolutions move (re: Kuhn), we don't have 50 years to wait for that.
We need practical, legal, stopping action NOW.
Whether that is within the false "virus paradigm" or not.
Just like in physics, we don't have the picture of reality, we have just a bunch of broken models and until they are replaced with something better, we have to work within the confines of them.
The difference between physics and virology is that the physical models by-and-large work for practical purposes (nobody uses 'relativity' to design an airplane, for example). Virology seems to be complete garbage.
I'm starting to suspect that Kuhn is no longer valid! Old-school science could be investigated with two hands an a dream. You or I could do old-school spectroscopy or aerodynamics. Modern science is so entangled with totalitarianism that I don't think it can advance 'one funeral at a time...'
I agree on the logic of refutation and how experiments trump all silly theory.
But it is the human built mind and structures that change slowly-slowly, then all of sudden quickly.
As for ....
This is evident in almost all of the major scientific revolutions in the world. After the discovery and experimental proof it mostly takes decades, sometimes hundreds of years for the practice to change.
The only alternative , as you allude, is to FORK IT ALL.
Build 100% parallel systems from ground up, boot-strapping it.
The difficulty is getting resources (money, materials, time, people, skill) all united into such effort and withstand all the attacks from the totalitarian status quo that sees all such moves as existential threat to itself.
All those who fight for it, get my vote, you too.
