In short, vaccines are more precise and accurate as a delivery mechanism.

I don't know what toxic clouds are all about.

Even the whole convid hoax thing was not just about vaccines which were not as lethal as some still believe, they were setting the ground for a lot more than that. Everything they are doing has a multi-generational aspect to it.
