I aint surprised considering how corrupt the leaders of the state are.
I wouldnt be surprised if dewine or his predecessor kasich repealed some of the laws that allowed the failure to happen in the first place.
I guess they(the railroad company) cheaped out on checking the wheel bearings, overloaded the train, and something to do with the sensors not catching the failure in time.
No other reason than pure greed.
I think the size of the train and the goods carried must have taken your standard overtime remove all the protections, as you say, greed.
Completely unacceptable, people need to be held accountable, I think if you hunt down the lobbyists that pushed to change the laws that allowed it to happen and hold them first accountable it would be a good start.
