The few suggest the many to WISH, verb - "to have a desire, or strong desire, either for what is or is not supposed to be obtainable", which in return allows the few to obtain, whatever the many consented to pay for their wishes, without much resistance from them.
Why the lack of resistance? Because the want (wish) to obtain ignores the need to sustain by resisting the temptation of want.
Or it could just be a small act to steer the simulation in our favor.
a) wanting to steer the dis-favorable simulation implies "reacting" to suggested, while ignoring being acted upon by perceivable.
b) the few suggest simulation aka SIMILIS (alike) -ATION (through action) to tempt each one of the many to ignore being a different reaction (living) within enacting (process of dying).
c) the few suggest favoritism (friendly disposition) to tempt each one of the many to ignore ones position as partial (living) within whole (process of dying) hence detached from other ones, not attached by affection (friend)...unless ignored.
One doesn't need friends...wanting or not wanting suggested friends, shapes the want (friend) versus not want (foe) conflict of reason, hence shaping enemies.
d) if look at the picture and consider who suggested the goys to use money, and to pay money for their wishes, then you can see the jew reaping what he sowed. All by consent.
