Until they make the evidence public there is no telling. Epstein was arrested while Trump was President. I wouldn't put it past them to make such an elaborate cover for Controlled Opposition at the level of Trump, if that is indeed the case. And it would certainly explain his many failings. But I don't think we have the evidence to say one way or another.
