Most plastic can't hold up long to the sun though, it gets brittle in a few years from the heat and UV. I would not trust a house made with random plastic bits. And the same prob with anything that biodegrades, you do NOT what your house biodegrading. What's good for landfill garbage is often a bad trait when it comes to a house.
I get that......but these were being used to make huts/small houses things under 6 feet tall in Africa or some shit. To be honest any structure to live in there is better than probs anything they currently have? Ideally things like skate ramps, or concrete 8 inch block that get buried inside a stair case by masons.....could be made of these units produced from plastic? It's also not only plastic, its a steam heat press and I think they press in some sand and other retardants/fireproofing........But I agree with what you said...these units structually would not be good. On exterior....interior tho...low height and shit I think they would work well.
