Rumor mill is they are reformulating other older vaccines and are not required to say what's in them so there could be mRNA in any vaccine now. And many of those ARE still required for school. And as you said, any kid still attending school in Cali probably had the vaccine or got fake paperwork by now. They may now have all the bases covered.
