“Asians, probably”. They are useful for their compliance, not their intelligence. Otherwise, I agree with 99% of this and nothing has swayed me to believe otherwise. 2025 lines up with the US military complex shilling for a war with China that no one wants.

depopulation happens because of massive die-offs (meaning: there is plenty of flats available / empty), or:
the flats get destroyed faster than the population size leading to overcrowding of flats that are still left.
The last option matches the scenario in the article but it means: massive wars on all the continents … or still peace but most of the flats bought by the corporations becoming empty / inhabited.
So you either have a war or you live in building of 10 flats in the only 1 flat being rented to 10 people.
